🕕 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM | 12 Hour Shifts
📅 Rotating Schedule Including Every Other Weekend

At Southern Health Partners, we’re looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who can bring steady clinical judgment, professionalism, and compassion to the Marshall County Jail team. If you’re dependable, confident, and ready for a role where your work truly matters, this opportunity delivers purpose with every shift.

You’ll provide patient care, medication administration, assessments, and emergency response while working alongside a supportive medical and correctional team that values consistency and accountability.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver direct patient care to inmates in a correctional healthcare environment
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete nursing assessments and documentation accurately
• Respond to medical emergencies with calm, skilled clinical care
• Collaborate with providers, nurses, and correctional staff
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and patient dignity at all times

Qualifications

• Active Alabama LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment
• Correctional or emergency nursing experience is helpful, but not required
