📍 Location: La Plata County Jail – CO
🩺 Position: Full-Time RN or LPN – Day Shift
⏰ Schedule: 3 – 12-Hour Shifts

In this role, you’ll provide quality patient care while helping support the health and well-being of an underserved population. Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing hands-on nursing care and monitoring patient conditions
- Performing assessments and recognizing changes in patient status
- Administering medications according to established standards and protocols
- Responding to urgent and emergency medical needs
- Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly
- Collaborating with providers and the healthcare team on treatment plans
- Using sound clinical judgment while working within your State Scope of Practice and SHP guidelines
