Full-Time LPN – Night Shift

⏰ Schedule

3/14 12-Hour Night Shift Rotation
EVO Weekend | 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM

💙 What You’ll Do

As an SHP LPN, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care while helping patients receive the treatment and support they need.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care and monitoring symptoms, reactions, and progress
• Administering medications according to nursing standards and facility guidelines
• Performing assessments and responding appropriately to urgent or emergent situations
• Documenting care accurately and maintaining patient records
• Following established treatment plans and nursing protocols
• Collaborating with providers and the healthcare team
• Applying sound clinical judgment while practicing within applicable State Scope of Practice Guidelines
