⏰ Schedule: 3/4 12-Hour Night Shift Rotation | EVO Weekend; Shift Diff

What You’ll Bring to the Team

As an LPN, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care while working closely with providers and the healthcare team.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct patient care and monitoring health status
• Administering medications according to established standards and procedures
• Performing nursing assessments and responding to changes in condition
• Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly
• Responding to urgent and emergent medical situations
• Following individualized treatment and nursing care plans
• Communicating with providers and other members of the healthcare team
• Practicing within applicable State Scope of Practice Guidelines
