Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Full Time LPN to join our healthcare team at the Madison County Detention Center in Alabama.

π©Ί What You'll Do
As a correctional LPN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care while helping ensure patients receive timely, compassionate, and appropriate medical attention.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Performing nursing assessments and monitoring patient conditions
- Administering medications and treatments
- Responding to urgent and emergent medical needs
- Recognizing changes in patient conditions and communicating them appropriately
- Maintaining accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Providing patient education and supporting continuity of care
- Following established clinical protocols and standards of care
- Collaborating with nurses, providers, and correctional staff
π― What We're Looking For
- Current, unrestricted Alabama LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Correctional healthcare experience is welcomed, but not required
- Professional, compassionate approach to patient care
