Job Overview
We are hiring a licensed Georgia Asbestos Abatement Supervisor to lead asbestos abatement projects across North Metro Atlanta, East Metro Atlanta, Columbus, Augusta, and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in asbestos removal, project oversight, regulatory compliance, and crew leadership. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are preferred.
Responsibilities

Supervise and manage asbestos abatement projects throughout Georgia

Lead and direct abatement crews, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Adhere to Georgia and federal regulations including OSHA, NESHAP, and EPA guidelines

Oversee job site setup, including containment, decontamination, and air monitoring

Conduct safety meetings and ensure proper use of PPE and abatement procedures

Communicate regularly with project managers, inspectors, and clients

Maintain thorough documentation, including work logs, waste manifests, and compliance reports

Travel to various project sites as needed
Requirements

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Minimum of 2 years of experience in asbestos abatement supervision

Strong understanding of Georgia asbestos regulations and environmental compliance

Proven leadership skills in high-risk environments

Excellent communication with clients, contractors, and agencies

Willingness to travel frequently within Georgia

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Preferred Qualifications

Valid Georgia Asbestos Abatement Supervisor Certification

Background in managing temporary labor
