Overview
Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based organization, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to serve as a vital support system across daily office operations, team engagement, scheduling, reporting, and culture initiatives. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and a welcoming environment that supports our mission to Restore Lives and Repair Property.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Daily Office Rhythms
- Answer and direct incoming calls via GoTo and AnswerConnect
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Coordinate lunch break and phone coverage schedules
- Schedule and manage conference room availability
- Maintain alarm code and key distribution processes
- Coordinate car washes and assist with facility or warehouse-related needs
Financial & Administrative Reporting
- Complete Amex expense reports in Concur for yourself and leadership
- Track and submit weekly fuel usage reports
- Maintain weekly administrative reporting for leadership visibility
Supplies & Apparel Management
- Manage and complete office supply ordering
- Replace toner and maintain printer readiness
- Coordinate team apparel and branded items inventory
Calendars & Coordination
- Maintain the PTO calendar and communicate updates in daily Huddles
- Manage on-call calendars and AnswerConnect rosters; send weekly leadership updates
- Assist with interview coordination, leadership lunch planning, and executive scheduling
People & Culture
- Support onboarding through workspace setup, headshots, and welcome baskets
- Manage the offboarding checklist and process
- Celebrate team birthdays and anniversaries with cards and thoughtful touches
- Coordinate life event support: new baby gifts, sympathy gestures, and farewell lunches
- Organize and lead culture events like Friday Fun Day and serve as Funner Committee scheduler
Team Support & Communication
- Manage Podium, ensuring timely responses to incoming reviews
- Assist with social media content posting when needed
- Support internal recognition
- Serve as the local point of contact for team support initiatives and internal storytelling
Special Projects & Miscellaneous
- Maintain organization of storage areas for team supplies and apparel
- Provide backup support for overflow CAT calls
- Coordinate internal T-shirt orders and distribution
