Technician-Hazmat/Asbestos Abatement

We are seeking Inspector/ material testing & Inside sales professionals in the field of HAZMAT/ Asbestos Abatement/Smoke and Fire cleanup/Lead Paint RRP. No prior restoration experience is required, although experience in a related field or labor position is helpful.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to drive a sprinter van is mandatory
• Great work ethic and willingness to learn and succeed
• Excellent problem solving abilities as well as interpersonal skills
• Open to flexible work schedule
• Able to pass drug screen, background check and DOT physical

JOB TASKS

• Assess damage to client’s property and create a scope of work that can be used to create accurate estimates.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management.
• Safely Handle and properly test materials including Mold, Lead and Asbestos.
• Accurately document work scope requirements through photographs, drawings, and testing procedures.
• Ability to assist our field teams with occasional work in the field as support.
• Certifications will be required (We will train)
• Must be able to respond to after hours emergency calls on occasion. (working phone, Reliable transportation)

Restoration company seeking technicians for Inspections and testing/ Sales consultant. We are willing to train and assist with obtaining certifications.
