ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and basic maintenance
Follow Kia and dealership service procedures
Maintain quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
Communicate clearly with advisors and technicians
Support shop flow and meet productivity expectations
Maintain a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
