The Project Controls Manager serves as the operational backbone of the development team, ensuring budgets, timelines, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders remain aligned and accountable. • Monitor milestone progress and proactively identify cost or schedule risks
  • Coordinate project workflows between ownership, the Vice President of Development, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal Southall teams
  • Maintain organized project documentation including contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and close-out materials
  • Prepare and manage meeting agendas, notes, action item logs, and follow-up tracking
  • Escalate concerns or compensation requests when needed
  • Review contractor pay applications, invoices, and change orders for accuracy and alignment with approved budgets
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure proper cost coding and reconciliation
  • Assist with capital planning, forecasting, and ownership reporting

  • Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the Vice President of Development
  • Manage calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, and logistics for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, development updates, and board-level materials
  • Track key priorities, deadlines, and strategic initiatives
