The Community Program Director supports the Germantown Neighborhood Center, the Hale Family YMCA, and the Phyllis Godwin Empowerment Center. - Fiscal management
- Program development and oversight, including grant-funded, non–grant-funded, and Empowerment Center programming
- Community relations and outreach, including engagement with volunteers and donors

- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University
- 1-2 years related experience
- The ability to handle many projects simultaneously
- Schedule is mainly evenings and weekends – scheduled flexibility is available
- The ability to develop positive, effective working relationships with staff, volunteers, community partners and members are critical to this position.
- Valid Driver’s License, ability to drive a van and obtain 7D licensure within 6 months of employment.
