What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at South Shore Care Center?
South shore is recruiting for Certified Nursing Assistant CNA candidates Part-time and Full-time all shifts, to become a part of our team!
The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:
- Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines
- Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure
- Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.
Qualifications & Skills for Certified Nursing Assistant:
- Current CNA certification through Minnesota
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
- Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
