South Jersey Water Conditioning Service is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who wants more than just a job—we’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the water treatment industry.
No experience in water treatment is required. We are willing to train the right person who has a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Learn to install, service, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment equipment.
- Assist experienced technicians with water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, filtration equipment, pressure tanks, and pumps.
- Perform water testing and explain results to customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Complete paperwork accurately and use mobile technology to document service calls.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

- Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or construction experience is a plus—but not required.
- Experience using hand and power tools is helpful.
