- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Day Shift)
- Location: In-person (Primary: Ocean View, NJ | Secondary: Bridgeton, NJ for training)

This position will report primarily to our Ocean View office located at 104 Route 50. There will be times that the employee will need to come to the Bridgeton office location at 760 Shiloh Pike.

Core Responsibilities
- Dispatch & Scheduling: Act as the vital link between customers and field technicians to optimize routing and scheduling.
- Customer Support: Provide excellent service via phone, email, and walk-ins; process orders and payments.
- Data Management: Utilize Watertight software to accurately log, track, and update service calls.
- Administrative Support: Maintain organized customer records and handle general office tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of customer service experience required. 1 years of dispatching experience (HVAC, plumbing, trucking, etc.) highly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Language: Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with multi-line phones and tech platforms (experience with Watertight software is a major plus).
- Traits: Highly organized, strong problem-solver, and a positive, collaborative demeanor.
