Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in IT-related field and/or 4 years' experience designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Infrastructure environments.
- Proven understanding of Windows System Engineering, Active Directory, DNS, Scripting experience (Batch, WMI, VBScript, Powershell, .net) related to a desktop environment
- Knowledge and proficiency with Scripting Languages VBScript, and SQL
- Advanced Group Policy Management & Administration
- Windows Systems Engineering and Troubleshooting skills
- Excelled proficiency engineering/managing/operating a SCCM environment is highly desired.
- Strong skills in Windows XP/7, Microsoft Outlook and Office.
- Prior experience in working projects supporting IT Risk/Security
- Knowledge in supporting Apple (MAC) environments a plus
- Ability to translate and implement complex technical requirements into implementable and manageable solutions
- Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with mission-critical services and applications in a large enterprise environment
- Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
