We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Global Brand Manager to drive innovation, communications, and growth across the makeup category. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll collaborate with global teams, influence product pipelines, and lead campaigns that reach millions of consumers worldwide.

Contract: 6-9 months with a possible extension
Hourly Rate: $47.08 per hour / W2

What You’ll Do
- Support and help define the global makeup strategy
- Identify growth opportunities using consumer insights, data, and trends
- Lead development of product innovations and brand storytelling
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product launches
- Drive execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, eComm, media)
- Collaborate with R&D and Regulatory to develop compelling product claims
- Manage creative development across packaging, content, and campaigns
- Partner with global markets to ensure strong launch adoption and sell-in success
- Manage and forecast global marketing budgets
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or related fields
- Makeup/beauty industry experience (required)
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Strong experience in consumer-driven product innovation
- Expertise in digital marketing and integrated campaigns
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making ability
- Experience managing budgets and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or marketing specialization preferred
