Our Client is seeking a skilled Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions to join a high-performing investment banking team focused on driving strategic transactions. This role plays a key part in leading end-to-end deal execution, providing strategic insights, and supporting the firm’s continued growth within the healthcare market. The position offers significant responsibility, visibility, and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with seasoned investment banking leaders and contribute across all stages of the transaction lifecycle.
- Analyze complex financial and corporate information to support deal strategy and execution.
- Conduct comprehensive industry and company-level due diligence.
- Lead the development of financial models, valuations, and analytical deliverables.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, pitch materials, and client-facing documentation.
- Monitor trends and emerging themes that influence the healthcare sector.
- Coordinate the creation of industry insights and thought leadership materials.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, prospective clients, buyers, investors, and advisory partners.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance overall team capability.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience
- 6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory, with a focus on M&A
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- 7 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or transaction advisory with sell-side M&A exposure
- Relevant licenses such as FINRA Series 63, 79, and SIE
Salary : $215,000 - $260,000
