What You’ll Do
- Review procurement and sourcing requests for accuracy, documentation, and process compliance
- Ensure contracts meet internal standards and quality requirements
- Manage electronic contract execution and maintain accurate records
- Create and oversee operational contracts and purchase requisitions
- Maintain the contract repository and support reporting needs
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Vendor Management, and internal business partners
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of procurement experience
- Knowledge of ERP purchasing systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Ability to adapt, collaborate, and manage multiple priorities
