Our Client is seeking a Technical Product Manager to define and execute the technical strategy for critical platform and infrastructure capabilities supporting an Oncology EMR. This role is focused on enabling engineering excellence by modernizing infrastructure, streamlining CI/CD platforms, and improving development velocity, reliability, and operational quality. You will partner closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to align product outcomes with scalable, performant, and highly available platform capabilities. The role also leverages Artificial Intelligence to reduce operational and maintenance overhead, helping teams deliver resilient healthcare systems at scale.
What You’ll Do
Technical Platform & Delivery Enablement
- Define and own the technical strategy and roadmap for CI/CD platforms, infrastructure modernization, and shared services supporting an Oncology EMR
- Establish standardized CI/CD pipelines, observability, security, and infrastructure patterns to improve release reliability and operational readiness
- Lead cross‑team dependency management and modernization initiatives to reduce technical debt and operational risk
- Drive delivery of stable, performant, and highly available clinical systems
Operational Efficiency, AI Enablement & Stakeholder Alignment
- Leverage data, analytics, and AI‑enabled solutions to reduce operational and maintenance overhead for development, operations, and SRE teams
- Partner with engineering, operations, security, and business stakeholders to translate current‑ and future‑state vision into executable initiatives
- Ensure operational readiness through ownership of documentation, runbooks, SLOs, release readiness, and post‑incident learnings incorporated into the product backlog
Collaboration, Enablement & Compliance
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Site Reliability Engineering to align technical roadmaps with product strategy and business priorities
- Engage security, privacy, and compliance partners to ensure CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure platforms, and AI‑enabled capabilities meet healthcare and regulatory standards
- Support adoption through scalable, reliable, and well‑documented technical capabilities, including standards, runbooks, and enablement materials
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Typically requires 7 years of relevant professional experience
Critical Skills
- 7 years of experience in Technical Product Management or equivalent engineering roles
- Prior experience in Health IT strongly preferred
- Experience working with EMR systems and provider‑facing healthcare technologies
- Strong understanding of build, deployment, and infrastructure runtime tools and services
- Experience operating within Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Salary : $136,500 - $227,500
