Our Client is seeking a Principal, Human Resources Business Partner to play a critical role in advancing business performance by supporting the attraction, development, and retention of top talent. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic, business-savvy HR leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and partners closely with senior leadership to shape culture, talent strategies, and organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will support a technically complex business unit, working directly with multiple senior leaders while operating within a matrixed organization. You will collaborate closely with HR leadership and Centers of Excellence to deliver people solutions that align with business priorities and drive measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to cross-functional and program leadership teams, while providing matrixed HR support across functional groups.
- Partner with business and HR leaders to design and implement talent strategies aligned to business goals.
- Coach and advise leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities and address both people and operational challenges.
- Drive talent initiatives across hiring, development, engagement, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
- Use workforce data and insights to guide decision-making and influence talent strategies.
- Balance strong business partnership with employee advocacy.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and special initiatives across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of progressive HR experience, or a graduate degree with 10 years of experience.
- (Equivalent extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
- Proven experience driving HR strategy across performance management, engagement and retention, staffing, compensation, diversity & inclusion, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Strong communication, influencing, and consulting skills with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience supporting P&L-driven and geographically dispersed organizations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a track record of delivering results.
- Project management experience and comfort leveraging HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions.
- High professional integrity and strong attention to detail.
Salary : $109,500 - $203,500
