Our Client is seeking a Manager, Programmatic Investment to lead programmatic strategy, execution, and team development across a diverse client portfolio. This role is ideal for a programmatic expert with strong leadership skills, a data‑driven mindset, and a passion for innovation within digital media.
The Manager will act as a subject matter expert across programmatic channels, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and engaging directly with clients during pre‑sales discussions and enterprise‑level meetings. This individual will oversee campaign strategy, activation, optimization, reporting, and financial accuracy while ensuring scalable and efficient processes across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the onboarding, management, and growth of assigned accounts
- Develop comprehensive programmatic strategies aligned to client business goals
- Lead execution across display, video, native, digital audio, CTV, and DOOH
- Translate campaign data into actionable insights, recommendations, and performance reporting
- Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and optimization plans to drive success
- Ensure accuracy in planning, execution, reporting, post‑buy analysis, and reconciliation
- Build and scale operational processes to improve efficiency and profitability
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and media partners
- Evaluate, test, and recommend new platforms and tools
- Represent the organization in vendor and technology partner discussions
People Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of direct reports across multiple locations
- Lead onboarding, training, performance management, and retention efforts
- Oversee workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
- Proactively troubleshoot client and team challenges
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance workflows, tools, and systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field
- 4 years of experience in digital or programmatic media (agency experience preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong experience with media planning, forecasting, and budget allocation
- Proven leadership experience and ability to build high‑performing teams
- Deep understanding of programmatic’s role within holistic media plans
- Expertise in media metrics such as reach, frequency, ROI, ROAS, and performance KPIs
Certifications:
- DSP and ad‑serving platform certifications required
