Our Client is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Supply Chain Leader to drive high‑impact initiatives across end‑to‑end supply chain operations. This role plays a critical part in shaping demand planning, fulfillment strategy, and inventory optimization while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, transformation‑focused environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and execute demand planning and fulfillment strategies across B2B and B2C channels
• Design and implement supply chain best practices to improve inventory turns, service levels, and product flow
• Partner with internal channels to establish collaborative planning, forecasting, and fulfillment processes
• Monitor inventory KPIs and drive actionable insights through cross‑functional collaboration
• Continuously improve demand forecasting accuracy and evolve predictive models
• Support the transition from fixed replenishment approaches to demand‑driven fulfillment
• Identify and resolve cross‑channel inventory opportunities through root‑cause analysis and stakeholder alignment
• Evaluate promotional and marketing impacts on demand and supply performance
• Partner with vendors to manage purchase orders, performance metrics, and inventory flow
• Support forecasting and load‑in planning for new and existing items
• Advance analytical capabilities to enable a scalable, data‑driven supply chain organization

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant supply chain experience
• Experience with business intelligence and decision‑support tools
• Hands‑on experience with supply chain planning systems (e.g., JDA or similar)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), SQL, and VBA
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on project needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
• Advanced education in supply chain, business administration, or a related discipline
• Project management certification (PMP or similar)
• Specialized experience in logistics, procurement, or inventory management
• Strong quantitative background in economics, retail, inventory, or supply chain analytics
