What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead and execute demand planning and fulfillment strategies across B2B and B2C channels
- Design and implement supply chain best practices to improve inventory turns, service levels, and product flow
- Partner with internal channels to establish collaborative planning, forecasting, and fulfillment processes
- Monitor inventory KPIs and drive actionable insights through cross‑functional collaboration
- Continuously improve demand forecasting accuracy and evolve predictive models
- Support the transition from fixed replenishment approaches to demand‑driven fulfillment
- Identify and resolve cross‑channel inventory opportunities through root‑cause analysis and stakeholder alignment
- Evaluate promotional and marketing impacts on demand and supply performance
- Partner with vendors to manage purchase orders, performance metrics, and inventory flow
- Support forecasting and load‑in planning for new and existing items
- Advance analytical capabilities to enable a scalable, data‑driven supply chain organization

Required Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), SQL, and VBA
- Willingness to travel up to 50% based on project needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
- Advanced education in supply chain, business administration, or a related discipline
- Project management certification (PMP or similar)
- Specialized experience in logistics, procurement, or inventory management

Salary : $94,000 - $130,000
