About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Planning & Reporting Lead to drive planning, coordination, and performance tracking across large-scale life sciences projects.
In this role, you will bring together engineering, operations, design, and project management teams to ensure alignment, clear execution plans, and consistent delivery. You will play a key role in improving project visibility, optimising timelines, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
What You’ll Do
- Own and maintain the Integrated Readiness Plan across all project phases
- Lead the development of integrated project schedules with cross-functional teams
- Validate timelines and recommend improvements to delivery approaches
- Facilitate planning workshops to align stakeholders and define milestones
- Monitor schedule changes and drive corrective actions where needed
- Track project performance using KPIs and reporting tools
- Provide clear insights and reporting to support decision-making
- Collaborate daily with stakeholders to ensure consistent execution
What You’ll Bring
- Experience leading planning for large-scale capital projects (life sciences preferred)
- Background in engineering, project management, or PMO environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and effectively
