This role offers the opportunity to develop and execute global sourcing strategies, optimize supplier performance, reduce costs, improve supply continuity, and drive value across indirect procurement categories.
As a key member of the Category Strategy Team, you will collaborate with procurement operations, business stakeholders, and suppliers to deliver sustainable cost savings, streamline supplier networks, and support enterprise-wide procurement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Category Management
- Develop and execute category strategies for indirect procurement spend.
- Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, risk exposure, and competitive landscapes.
- Build sourcing strategies focused on:

Supplier Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers.
- Drive supplier consolidation and reduce dependency on non-strategic vendors.

Procurement Strategy Execution
- Partner with Buying Operations and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment and successful execution of category strategies across regions.
- Facilitate a unified global approach to supplier and commodity management.
Contract Negotiation
- Lead supplier negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Develop and execute supply agreements that maximize value.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and category strategies.

Required Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of Strategic Sourcing experience
