About the Role

Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations
- Review resumes and verify certifications, experience, and work history
- Schedule interviews, orientations, and start dates
- Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process
- Track sourcing activity and hiring progress within internal systems
- Assist operations and recruiting teams with workforce ramp-up efforts
- Support traveler mobilization efforts including:
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled college or university students encouraged to apply

Pay range and compensation package
$25.00 and hour for up to 30 hours a week
