What your day-to-day will look like:
- Analyze business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
- Perform quantitative analysis, forecasting, and modeling to support product development, pricing strategies, and business growth initiatives.
- Support marketing efforts by developing customer insights, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to enhance customer engagement and acquisition strategies.
- Build and evaluate analytical models to identify trends, assess risks, and support informed decision-making.
- Develop hypotheses, conduct research and analysis, evaluate results, and translate findings into actionable business solutions.
- Lead and support implementation efforts by assessing operational feasibility, defining success metrics, and monitoring outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across technology, operations, finance, sales, and other business functions to improve efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to business leaders and stakeholders through clear and compelling communication.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related analytical role.
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience interpreting complex datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
