Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations
β’ Perform core Materials Management Technician responsibilities.
β’ Support day-to-day supply chain and inventory operations.
β’ Ensure timely replenishment and reorder processing.
β’ Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and clinical teams to maintain product availability.
β’ Assist leadership with inventory and product management initiatives.
Inventory & Materials Management
β’ Manage and maintain inventory records and supply levels.
β’ Review and adjust PAR levels and inventory settings as directed.
β’ Support inventory optimization and stock management programs.
β’ Help identify substitute products when shortages or disruptions occur.
β’ Monitor product usage trends and inventory performance.
Systems & Data Management
β’ Utilize and maintain INFOR Supply Chain modules, including:
β’ Par Specialist
β’ Purchasing Receiver
β’ Inventory Management
β’ Warehouse Clerk
β’ Mobile Supply Chain Management
β’ Maintain accurate inventory and operational data.
β’ Support inventory database management and reporting activities.
Contract & Product Implementation
β’ Assist with Contract Launch Packet implementations and rollout activities.
β’ Verify completion of required process steps and system updates.
β’ Support new product introductions and contract conversions.
β’ Coordinate product changes with supply chain and clinical teams.
Customer Service & Stakeholder Support
β’ Serve as a resource for materials management and clinical staff.
β’ Provide product information and operational support.
β’ Communicate inventory changes and process updates to stakeholders.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service across departments.
Reporting & Process Improvement
β’ Utilize Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to analyze inventory and operational data.
β’ Support operational projects and supply chain improvement initiatives.
β’ Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
β’ Assist with issue resolution and process optimization efforts.
Required Qualifications
Education
β’ High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Education
β’ Associate Degree preferred.
Experience
β’ 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
β’ 2 years of computer systems experience preferred.
β’ 1 year of supply chain experience preferred.
