Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations
• Perform core Materials Management Technician responsibilities.
• Support day-to-day supply chain and inventory operations.
• Ensure timely replenishment and reorder processing.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and clinical teams to maintain product availability.
• Assist leadership with inventory and product management initiatives.
Inventory & Materials Management
• Manage and maintain inventory records and supply levels.
• Review and adjust PAR levels and inventory settings as directed.
• Support inventory optimization and stock management programs.
• Help identify substitute products when shortages or disruptions occur.
• Monitor product usage trends and inventory performance.
Systems & Data Management
• Utilize and maintain INFOR Supply Chain modules, including:
• Par Specialist
• Purchasing Receiver
• Inventory Management
• Warehouse Clerk
• Mobile Supply Chain Management
• Maintain accurate inventory and operational data.
• Support inventory database management and reporting activities.
Contract & Product Implementation
• Assist with Contract Launch Packet implementations and rollout activities.
• Verify completion of required process steps and system updates.
• Support new product introductions and contract conversions.
• Coordinate product changes with supply chain and clinical teams.
Customer Service & Stakeholder Support
• Serve as a resource for materials management and clinical staff.
• Provide product information and operational support.
• Communicate inventory changes and process updates to stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across departments.
Reporting & Process Improvement
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to analyze inventory and operational data.
• Support operational projects and supply chain improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and supply chain efficiency.
• Assist with issue resolution and process optimization efforts.
Required Qualifications
Education
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Education
• Associate Degree preferred.
Experience
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• 2 years of computer systems experience preferred.
• 1 year of supply chain experience preferred.
