Our client is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to help strengthen and evolve enterprise risk capabilities. What You’ll Do
- Assess, document, and analyze current‑state risk management capabilities and methodologies
- Apply industry benchmarks and best practices to strengthen risk frameworks
- Draft, review, and update risk documentation, including policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines
- Design and enhance processes, tools, templates, and job aids that support effective risk management
- Develop and deliver presentations that support the adoption and refinement of risk methods
- Partner closely with cross‑functional teams including risk, compliance, audit, technology, and business stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
- Lead and support enterprise‑level initiatives focused on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risk
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in financial services risk management
- 5 years of project management experience
- 7 years of experience partnering with internal business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- 7 years of experience leading cross‑functional risk initiatives or programs
- Deep experience within financial services risk management
- PMP certification or graduate‑level project management credential
- Proven ability to set direction, manage expectations, and lead cross‑functional teams
Salary : $217,000 - $247,700
