What You’ll Do
Analytics & Engagement Support
- Deliver analytics-driven solutions across multiple healthcare-focused projects simultaneously
- Use analytical models and reporting tools to generate high-quality insights and decision-ready outputs
- Partner with analytics and consulting teams to tailor solutions to unique business needs
- Develop analytical content to support proposals and growth initiatives
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Solution Development & Innovation
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of scalable analytics solutions and methodologies
- Build and maintain reusable assets such as models, documentation, and training materials
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts to foster innovation and continuous improvement
- Incorporate feedback from delivery efforts to strengthen future solutions
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics, consulting, BI, or data-driven roles
- A relevant Master’s degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and large or complex datasets
- Experience working with analytics platforms and BI tools (e.g., SQL-based tools, reporting or data engineering platforms)
- Ability to develop and maintain analytical code for healthcare data
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team
- Limited travel as needed
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare analytics experience in areas such as:
- Clinical performance and variability
- Cost, utilization, and quality analysis
- Value-based care models
- Experience with healthcare claims and/or electronic health data
- Exposure to modern data platforms and tools (e.g., cloud data warehouses, distributed data processing)
- Programming experience in Python or R

Salary : $102,000 - $170,000
