Our Client is seeking a driven and analytically curious Senior Financial Analyst to join their Staff & Enterprise Services Finance team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Perform core FP&A responsibilities, including monthly close support, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful financial insights that help business partners achieve their financial commitments
- Build reports and executive‑ready presentations to support leadership discussions and ad‑hoc requests
- Conduct scenario planning and strategic analysis to support senior‑level decision‑making
Business Partnership & Insights
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing insights that influence funding decisions and operational priorities
- Develop new and innovative metrics that change how leaders view and manage their organizations
- Challenge existing processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and transparency
Data Management & Collaboration
- Coordinate and collect input data from financial analysts across departments
- Validate data integrity, consolidate inputs, run financial models, and analyze results
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both finance and non‑finance audiences
- Support ad‑hoc analysis and special projects across the business

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience
- 2 years of experience in financial analysis
- 2 years of experience with financial modeling
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Finance
- CFA or CPA certification
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis
- 3 years of experience in financial modeling
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent Google Suite tools)
