Join Amrize as a Procurement Manager and lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations for multiple sites. Help drive cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiency while supporting the company’s North American growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operational and tactical procurement of goods and services
- Lead strategic sourcing, competitive bidding, and contract negotiations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive regional initiatives
- Ensure procurement compliance and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Plant Managers, Category Management, and Operations
- Mentor and develop Buyers and Warehouse Managers as needed
- Monitor KPIs, report results, and support decision-making at operational and executive levels
- Promote safety, health, and environmental compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
- 5–7 years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple sites
- Willingness to travel up to 40%
