What You’ll Do:
- Review procurement requests for compliance and required documentation.
- Ensure contract quality and adherence to internal policies and risk guidelines.
- Manage electronic signature protocols for contracts.
- Create and maintain operational contracts and purchase requisitions.
- Maintain and report on contract repository data.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of procurement experience.
- Knowledge of ERP purchasing systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
