The Opportunity
As a Talent Consultant, you won’t just be filling seats; you will be managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. You will act as a strategic partner to both traveling clinicians and hiring executives, utilizing a world-class tech stack and a robust internal lead database to hit your targets.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development: Proactively source, screen, and build a deep bench of Allied Health professionals through internal databases, social media, and innovative networking.
Strategic Matching: Partner with Account Managers to understand facility needs and match high-demand clinicians to specific open orders.
Offer Management: Lead negotiations on compensation packages and navigate the offer process to ensure successful placements.
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians on assignment, ensuring high retention through exceptional service and problem-solving.
Performance: Consistently hit and exceed individual and team-based KPIs to drive departmental growth.
What We Are Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a professional business, sales, or staffing environment.
- Communication: You are persuasive, upbeat, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mindset: You are a self-starter who can multitask under pressure and adapt to the changing needs of the healthcare industry.
- Flexibility: Ability to support a national desk, which may include occasional after-hours coordination to assist clinicians.
