Our Client is seeking a Director, Advanced Analytics Strategy & Translation to lead the vision, strategy, and enterprise adoption of advanced analytics and AI‑driven products that power high‑impact business decisions.
This is a hybrid position requiring an on-site presence 3 to 4 days per week. Please note that the number of days on-site can increase based on business needs.
This role will own a portfolio of predictive and generative AI solutions that drive revenue growth, improve sales productivity, and elevate decision‑making across both local and national customer segments. The Director will define the roadmap for advanced analytics capabilities, guide cross‑functional technical teams, and ensure solutions are embedded into core commercial, CRM, and digital platforms.
As a senior leader, you will manage and develop multiple senior product owners and analytics translators, while serving as the primary bridge between data science, engineering, and executive leadership. Success in this role requires strong technical fluency, sharp business acumen, and executive presence to influence enterprise‑level decisions and ensure measurable value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the enterprise advanced analytics and AI strategy aligned to business growth priorities
- Lead the design, delivery, and scale‑up of predictive and generative AI products with clear business impact
- Manage, mentor, and inspire senior product leaders while driving clarity, accountability, and performance
- Translate complex analytics into compelling, actionable insights for senior and executive stakeholders
- Establish governance models and operating cadence to align on annual roadmaps and quarterly delivery
- Oversee a portfolio of analytics products, balancing innovation, scalability, and compliance
- Define success metrics, monitor adoption, and ensure solutions deliver tangible revenue and productivity gains
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or quantitative field; advanced degree preferred
- 8 years of experience in analytics leadership or product management roles delivering AI/ML solutions at scale
- Proven success leading multiple product teams and driving enterprise adoption of analytics capabilities
- Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
- Deep understanding of data architectures, analytics methodologies, and digital ecosystems
