We are seeking a dynamic marketing analytics leader to build relationships with prospects, clients and internal entities contributing to both impactful business development and delivery of projects. This person should have deep understanding of the marketing analytics domain with the consultative skills to provide impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with key stakeholders, including client/prospects, LatentView entity leaders, growth teams, and pre-sales teams, to identify appropriate solutions for the client/prospect context.
- Participate in activities across prospecting, nurturing and converting new logos or expanding existing relationships, with special attention to leads generated through Databricks partnership.
- Facilitate, lead, and conduct client workshops (preferably) at client locations.
- Provide tools, resources, and messaging frameworks to enable effective conversations with clients and prospects, facilitating the sales process.
- Collaborate with solution builders to create compelling marketing solutions and the required content such as presentations, one-pagers, thought leadership pieces, and visual assets to support GTM strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying and prioritising opportunities for engagement and partnership.
- Provide thought leadership and oversight of solutions being delivered for clients.
- Develop and mentor our team members and build our internal capabilities, especially around leading-edge solutions
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth within target markets and customer segments.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion through market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic partnerships.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience as a practitioner in marketing analytics. Experience in/exposure to data and analytics, having actively worked with analyzing data to solve business problems
- Good understanding of areas in the marketing domain—especially measurement analytics, customer journey analytics and leading-edge AI solutions to drive impact
- Experience working directly with clients/stakeholders, conducting workshops, and engaging in consultative solutioning and selling
- Business-focused, innovative, creative, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate about problem solving, and hunger to deliver results
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, especially with senior stakeholders in client organizations
- Confidence and maturity to work with senior executives (both internal and external) and work with cross-functional teams, as well as partner teams
- Ability to manage, mentor and improve people and capabilities
- Exposure to operations research methods and analytical techniques, including Logistic regression, Random Forest, xGBoost, Stochastic techniques, and Optimization models, would be a plus
- Exposure to Generative & Agentic AI solutions to marketing challenges - an added advantage
- Exposure to technology skills across programming languages (Python, R), database technologies (SQL, NoSQL), Cloud platforms (Databricks, Azure), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc) is an added plus
- Experience in building marketing analytics solutions in Databricks environment is a plus.

Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
