We are seeking a senior AI solutions architect with GTM responsibilities to join our team. This role combines hands-on solution engineering with client-facing and go-to-market responsibilities. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in AI/ML and cloud platforms, along with the ability to engage business stakeholders and articulate the value of advanced AI solutions.

As an AI Solutions Architect—GTM, you will:

• Support go-to-market efforts by engaging with prospects and clients in pre-sales conversations.
• Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and tailored demonstrations that highlight the value of our AI/ML and agentic AI solutions.
• Translate client needs into technical possibilities and present solutions in a clear, compelling manner.
• Act as a trusted technical expert in early-stage client engagements, supporting sales and business development teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML technologies and bring innovative approaches to solution demonstrations.
• This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, reporting to the Head of AI.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in client and prospect meetings to present technical capabilities and answer solution-focused questions.
• Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and demos aligned to client needs.
• Customize existing AI/ML solutions to showcase value in early client engagements.
• Provide technical expertise during proposals, RFPs, and solution pitches.
• Continuously explore emerging AI/ML and Agentic AI frameworks and incorporate them into GTM efforts.
• Represent the organization as a subject-matter expert in discussions with prospective clients.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, data engineering, or software development.
• Strong experience customizing and deploying AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to work with clients in pre-sales, GTM, or solutioning contexts.
• Hands-on expertise with agentic AI, GenAI, and ML frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow).
• Strong programming skills in Python (plus Node.js/JavaScript/React for solution customization).
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• An advanced degree (master’s or Ph.D.) in computer science, data science, AI/ML, or a related field is preferred.

• Software Development: Python, Node.js, React, FastAPI/Flask.
• Cloud & MLOps: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
• Consulting & GTM: Client engagement, pre-sales engineering, solution demos, and business-value articulation.
• Other: Strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance engineering and GTM priorities.
