Job Description:

We’re hiring a forward-thinking Solution Architect & GenAI TPM to lead innovation and delivery across our GenAI portfolio, with added ownership of building GTM strategies for bringing solutions to market. This is a unique hybrid role where technical depth meets business leadership. You will design production-grade GenAI solutions (especially with Google’s Gemini models), lead cross-functional delivery teams, and co-develop commercialization strategies to scale impact across client engagements and new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Architecture & Deployment Architect scalable GenAI/LLM-based systems using Google Cloud, Gemini APIs, LangChain, Pinecone, and more.
• Define system blueprints for RAG pipelines, embedding layers, vector search, and inference services.
• Own design reviews, security, compliance, and performance optimization for production environments.
• GenAI Product Leadership Own product strategy and roadmap from PoC to scaled deployment across enterprise-grade solutions.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and prompt teams to craft user-centric LLM experiences.
• Define success metrics, collect feedback, and iterate solutions across sprints.
• Technical Program Management Lead delivery squads of ML engineers, software developers, data scientists, and prompt engineers.
• Drive Agile planning, sprint management, and dependency tracking across GenAI programs.
• Manage stakeholder communication, timelines, budgets, and program risk mitigation.
• Business Development & GTM Strategy Collaborate with Client Partners and Business Development leads to identify high-impact GenAI use cases.
• Develop and refine GTM plans, pricing models, solution accelerators, and sales enablement content.
• Represent the company in client pitches, conferences, and industry thought leadership forums.
• Translate technical innovations into marketable offerings, use-case libraries, and scalable solutions frameworks.

Must-Have:

• 10 years in technical roles (e.g., solution architecture, ML/AI engineering, or software product leadership).
• 3 years leading GenAI/LLM programs with exposure to Google Gemini, PaLM, or OpenAI ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with GCP/Vertex AI, LangChain, vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and orchestration frameworks.
• Demonstrated success managing GenAI delivery teams and client-facing solutions.
• Strong business acumen with experience crafting solution GTM plans or partner-ready offerings.
