Our Client is seeking a Data Analyst to support the implementation and management of enterprise data reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions. This role focuses on developing insightful analytics, integrating complex data systems, and enabling data-driven decision-making to support financial and operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate financial management systems and business processes into enterprise dashboards and reporting solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Analyze financial and operational data to deliver actionable insights for leadership
- Support systems integration initiatives, including onboarding new data sources
- Build and optimize data models using Power Query (M), DAX, and SQL
- Automate processes and workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath
- Ensure compliance with data security and access control requirements
- Apply business analysis techniques to enhance financial governance and operational performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders and serve as a client-facing team member
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft technologies including Power BI, Power Automate, and MS Office Suite
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (active clearance is a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with government or regulated environments
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms and analytics ecosystems
- Proficiency in Tableau, Python, SQL, and UiPath
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and automation best practices
