Our Client is Looking a proactive Finance Manager / Regional Controller Support professional to drive financial planning, analysis, and operational reporting within a dynamic business environment. This role plays a key part in supporting decision-making, strengthening controls, and improving financial performance across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver financial and operational reports to support strategic business decisions
- Provide financial insights and advisory support to business leaders and executive management
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate data across accounting functions for monthly reporting cycles
- Coordinate and manage regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Partner with corporate finance teams to support benchmarking, analysis, and process improvement initiatives
- Lead the preparation and maintenance of financial plans, forecasts, and performance reports
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive cost control initiatives
- Analyze financial variances and ensure timely resolution of performance gaps
- Support financial systems enhancements and process optimization initiatives
- Act as a backup to the Regional Controller when required
- Promote adherence to safety standards and contribute to a culture of health and environmental responsibility

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial analysis roles
- Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, or similar sectors is preferred
- Experience in cost accounting is a plus
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., ERP platforms or planning tools) preferred
