Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain contractual agreements while preparing and administering requirement flow-down documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract reviews are completed accurately and within established timelines.
- Review, analyze, and edit technical, procurement, and contract-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Evaluate material specifications, certifications, and supporting documentation to verify alignment with contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure technical and contractual objectives are successfully achieved.
- Provide guidance and training to business and operations teams regarding contract transfer processes and related requirements.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement while recommending effective solutions.
- Support the review and administration of specialized, compliance-driven orders and programs.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to applicable contractual, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree with 5 years of experience in contract administration, proposal management, compliance, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of government contracting principles and regulatory requirements.
- Experience reviewing technical requirements, specifications, certifications, and contract documentation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, order processing workflows, and engineered product environments.
- Knowledge of business operations, accounting fundamentals, and contract-related legal concepts.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities with the capability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and related business tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting highly regulated industries such as manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or industrial operations.
- Familiarity with compliance-driven procurement, materials management, and contract review processes.
