What You’ll Be Doing
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects within target markets
- Execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals for growth and profitability
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and executive decision‑makers
- Lead discussions to understand customer needs and uncover opportunities to deliver value
- Present tailored solutions that address customer challenges and business objectives
Consultative Selling & Proposal Development
- Conduct detailed needs assessments and develop customized solutions

Sales Operations & Performance Tracking
- Monitor and manage sales activities using CRM systems

What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7 years of experience in consultative B2B sales
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi‑party negotiations

- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
