Our Client is Looking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships within key accounts.

This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, engaging senior decision‑makers, and delivering consultative solutions that align with client business objectives. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter with a proven track record of closing complex deals and achieving consistent sales performance.


What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects within target markets
  • Execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals for growth and profitability

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and executive decision‑makers
  • Lead discussions to understand customer needs and uncover opportunities to deliver value
  • Present tailored solutions that address customer challenges and business objectives

Consultative Selling & Proposal Development

  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and develop customized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design proposals aligned with customer requirements
  • Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate agreements to successfully close deals

Sales Operations & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and manage sales activities using CRM systems
  • Analyze pipeline performance, sales trends, and revenue outcomes
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for leadership review

Customer Experience & Account Transition

  • Ensure a smooth handoff of new business to account management teams
  • Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Support long‑term account growth and retention strategies


What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7 years of experience in consultative B2B sales
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi‑party negotiations
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and decision‑makers
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing or technical solution environments
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Ability to advise customers on solution design and technical requirements
  • Experience in strategic planning and large‑scale deal development
