Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth
- Develop forward-looking business strategies that support long-term growth, profitability, and competitive positioning.
- Anticipate shifts in consumer behavior and regulatory expectations to inform strategic direction.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, fostering their professional growth and contributing to talent development across the organization.
- Encourage a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
Product Strategy & Analytics
- Create and refine product and pricing strategies for lending solutions.
- Lead analytical efforts, including model development and product-level insights that guide decision-making.
Marketing & Customer Insights
- Direct marketing strategies for select consumer products across digital and retail channels.
- Develop data-driven insights to shape new customer experiences and support new go-to-market initiatives.
Credit Risk Management
- Improve credit performance by linking external economic trends to historical customer behavior.
- Build and refine risk models, test hypotheses, and perform deep-dive analytics to inform portfolio decisions.
Execution & Delivery
- Translate strategic intent into business requirements and manage the sequencing and execution of multiple projects.
- Ensure effective implementation of product strategies through coordination and oversight.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams across technology, finance, operations, sales, and other functions to enhance operational performance, quality, and profitability.
- Drive alignment on business objectives through clear communication and stakeholder engagement.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- 5 years of analytics experience.
- 2 years of experience in financial services.
- 1 year of consulting experience.
- 2 years of people leadership or team management experience.
Salary : $144,000 - $164,400
