Our client is looking for a Business Analysis Manager to tackle complex challenges, shape growth strategies, and lead high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, influence senior leaders, and turn analytics into actionable insights that directly impact business performance.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute data-backed business strategies that fuel profitability and competitive advantage in an evolving market.
• Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, helping them grow their skills while building a strong, high-performing team culture.
• Design product and pricing strategies, lead modeling efforts, and evaluate performance to guide decision-making.
• Shape direct-to-consumer marketing strategies and generate insights that inform innovative customer experiences and go-to-market approaches.
• Improve portfolio and credit performance through trend analysis, predictive modeling, and rigorous testing of hypotheses.
• Translate strategy into execution—define business requirements, manage multiple initiatives, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Partner closely with technology, operations, finance, sales, and other teams to maximize impact across the organization.
• Communicate insights clearly and influence stakeholders through strong storytelling, data, and sound judgment.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of experience in analytics, strategy, or business analysis
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative focus)
• Strong analytical mindset with solid business judgment
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Nice to Have:

• 5 years of analytical experience
• Financial services and/or consulting background
• Prior people management experience
• Advanced degree in business or a quantitative discipline
