Role Summary
Our client is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to join the Enterprise Solutions Digital Team during an active period of digital transformation. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, optimization, and support of the client's Salesforce and related applications.
The ideal candidate is a true Salesforce administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, is eager to learn, and can collaborate effectively across teams while confidently engaging with leadership. This role combines platform ownership, user support, documentation, and adoption enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and enhance a complex Salesforce org, including standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports, dashboards, and security configurations.
- Design, implement, and maintain Record-Triggered Flows and Screen Flows.
- Provide day-to-day Salesforce support by responding to user inquiries and resolving platform issues; escalate when appropriate.
- Manage user access through profiles, roles, and permission sets; support audits and maintain platform security.
- Monitor and improve data quality, including data cleanup and governance efforts.
- Support and administer Salesforce-integrated applications such as Financial Services Cloud, DocuSign, Informatica, Copado, and Skuid.
- Create and maintain system, process, and user documentation; contribute to a consistent documentation strategy.
- Support release management activities, including testing, training, and change communication.
- Lead or support Salesforce training sessions and onboard new users to ensure strong adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership.
- Assist with additional digital or IT-related initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- 3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Proven experience configuring and supporting Salesforce in a complex environment.
- Strong documentation skills, including technical and user-facing materials.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a transforming organization.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes.
Preferred
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Experience in financial services or banking.
- Experience with DocuSign and other Salesforce-connected applications.
- Experience leading Salesforce training and onboarding.
- Familiarity with data migrations, data quality initiatives, or relational databases.
