Soni is partnering with a global consumer brand seeking an FP&A leader to support a highly visible Marketing team. This role will oversee budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial analysis while partnering closely with senior business leaders on investment decisions and long-range planning initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to business leadership
- Build financial models, business cases, and executive-level reporting
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and operational leaders
- Manage and develop a global FP&A team
- Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements
- Support long-range planning and investment analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8 years of progressive FP&A experience
- Prior leadership or team management experience
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and reporting systems experience
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience operating within complex or global environments
Preferred Skills:
- Retail, consumer products, or branded industry experience
- SAP, Hyperion, or BI tools experience
- MBA and/or CPA
- Strong business partnering and storytelling capabilities
Compensation: $180,000 - $190,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
