- Enter employee timesheets and support weekly payroll processing
- Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
- Assist with job costing and project tracking
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional customer service
- Maintain records, files, and other administrative documentation
- Support general office and clerical functions
- Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Professional communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly
