DAY IN THE LIFE:
The Office Administrator will play a critical role in supporting the administrative needs of our office in Knoxville. This individual will assist with scheduling, customer service, data entry, and general office management, helping our team stay organized and efficient as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations for both locations
Assist with scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician dispatch
Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain organized records of customer accounts, invoices, and service history
Process work orders, billing, and payments
Support internal team with documentation, reports, and communication
Ensure a clean, well-organized, and professional office environment
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Have the determination to succeed and grow with the company
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred
- Strong attention to details, Conscientious team player
- Honesty, integrity, and a good attitude
- Have a clean driving record
