The AI & Process Enablement Analyst supports the design, implementation, and adoption of AI-enabled and system-driven workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across operational and corporate functions. This role focuses on practical execution—mapping processes, enabling AI-powered productivity tools, and improving workflows within core business systems—to reduce manual effort and enhance operational performance.
The role partners closely with Finance, Operations, IT, and field leadership to ensure new tools and processes are adopted, understood, and delivering measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
AI Enablement & Adoption
- Support rollout and ongoing enablement of AI-powered workplace tools
- Build role-based use cases, prompt libraries, and workflow examples
- Deliver training sessions, office hours, and job aids to drive adoption
- Track usage, adoption, and qualitative feedback to refine enablement efforts
Process Mapping & Improvement
- Document current-state workflows across all divisions
- Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes using systems and AI to reduce manual steps
- Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and standardized templates
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with leadership priorities
Systems & Workflow Enablement
- Develop and support embedded and AI-adjacent workflows that complement core operational systems
- Assist in testing and piloting system enhancements and automation
- Partner with IT and leadership to ensure data security, governance, and compliance
Change Management & Adoption
- Act as a hands-on support resource during process and system changes
- Translate new workflows into simple, user-friendly guidance
- Identify adoption risks and escalate issues to leadership early
Measurement & Reporting
- Help track metrics such as cycle-time reduction, error reduction, and hours saved
- Document before-and-after improvements and success stories
- Prepare reporting and summaries for leadership reviews
Qualifications
Required
- 3–6 years of experience in process improvement, operations enablement, analytics, systems support, or related roles
- Experience supporting automation, AI tools, or enterprise productivity platforms
- Strong process documentation and training skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Finance and Operations teams
Preferred
- Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools or workflow automation platforms
- Exposure to ERP systems, property management systems, or AP automation tools
- Experience in multi-unit operations environments (e.g., retail, hospitality, or real estate)
