What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Hardware Design Engineer position at SoloPoint Solutions?
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics (or related discipline)
- Years of experience in designing robotic, unmanned system, avionics systems
- Required: circuit and subsystem design, system integration, troubleshooting, wire harness design, electromechanical/electrical system testing, and data analysis
- Hands-on experience with microcontrollers and firmware/software
- Ability and experience working in small R&D teams who have also introduced New Products into Manufacturing - NPI
- Must have MIL spec hardware and harnessing standards
- US Citizen - Ability to obtain Security Clearance
Responsibilities:
- Work with the team to design and build subsystem/hardware/software for our robotic systems
- Prepare and create schematics, engineering drawings, test plans/procedures
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (mechanical, Navigation, manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, PM)
Salary : $50 - $100
