Title: Vice President – Commercial Insurance Operations Leader
Location: Manassas, VA (REMOTE)
Compensation: $115,000k - $130,000k (depending upon experience/skillset) bonus excellent benefits

Our client, a Top 50 P&C Broker, is seeking a Vice President – Commercial Lines Operations Leader. The Commercial Lines Regional Vice President will oversee a team of Commercial Account Managers and Account Executives, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, and profitable growth across the region. This individual will collaborate closely with producers, carrier partners, and executive leadership while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client advocacy

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support Commercial Lines Account Managers and Account Executives.
- Establish performance expectations, assign daily responsibilities, and monitor workflow efficiency.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners and wholesale markets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and create development plans to support career growth.
- Support Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers in both new business and renewal workflows.
- Ensure accurate collection and analysis of client underwriting information.
- Assist with conducting loss run reviews and identifying trends that impact coverage placement and pricing.
- Foster a collaborative, client-focused culture that promotes accountability and excellence.
- Partner closely with the Managing Director to ensure appropriate support and resources are provided to Commercial Account Executives and Producers.
- Oversee service operations to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with agency standards.
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor team productivity, service metrics, and overall client experience.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of commercial insurance experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Ability to travel, occasionally, to regional offices in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic area
- Experience managing account teams, workflows, and service operations.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing professionals.
The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
