A growing plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a Trial Attorney to join its expanding team. The firm is looking for a motivated litigator who is confident handling cases through litigation and preparing matters for trial. This role offers hands-on responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to play a major role in case strategy and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from litigation through trial preparation and resolution
- Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Develop litigation strategy and evaluate case value/exposure
- Work directly with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Participate in settlement negotiations and courtroom advocacy
- Collaborate closely with attorneys and support staff in a team-focused environment
Qualifications:
- 3 years of litigation experience (plaintiff PI experience preferred)
- Strong deposition and motion practice experience required
- Trial experience or significant trial preparation experience strongly preferred
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
- Strong communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills
