Wealth Advisor

About the Role

We are a growing wealth management firm located on the west side of Philadelphia seeking a motivated Wealth Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, developing financial strategies, and growing a book of business within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

You will work directly with individuals and families to help them plan, invest, and build long-term financial security while receiving strong operational and advisory support from our internal team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct financial planning discussions including retirement, investment, and wealth-building strategies
• Recommend and implement investment solutions aligned with client goals
• Grow your client base through referrals, networking, and firm-provided leads (if applicable)
• Partner with internal investment and client service teams for account execution and support
• Review portfolios and provide ongoing advisory guidance
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and firm standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort with client-facing sales and relationship development
• Interest in investments, markets, and financial planning
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• FINRA licenses (Series 7/66) preferred or willingness to obtain

Compensation & Earnings

• Base Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
• Commission / Performance Pay: Uncapped earning potential
• Additional Incentives: Bonus opportunities tied to production and client growth
• Expected First-Year Total Compensation: Variable based on performance and client acquisition
